"Neon Fields" Mango, Peach & Cinnamon is a sour ale brewed with peach and mango puree and aromatic cinnamon. The beer is made exclusively from natural ingredients: water, barley and wheat malt, hop pellets, top-fermented brewer's yeast, fruit purees and spices. The oatmeal and lactose in the beer guarantee a mild flavor and creamy texture. The beer has a gravity of 16% and a subtle bitterness of 12 IBU, which, however, balances the malty sweetness well. The lively and fresh taste of beer is in perfect harmony with light snacks and pizza. The beer is ideal as a refreshing aperitif or digestif.

Paradox is a small contract brewery founded in 2013 in St. Petersburg by a team of enthusiasts and talented professionals. Four friends, combining their unique talents, created a joint project and in February 2014 presented their debut beer called "Kotsenburg Dubbel" at the Birshtube restaurant-brewery. The novelty was greeted with enthusiasm, which gave a good start for the further development of the team. Vladimir Naumkin, a talented brewer and one of the founders of craft brewing in Russia, is responsible for new types of beer and expansion of the assortment. Also at the helm of the company are Nikolay Valiotti (marketer), Maxim Balandin (manager) and Galina Kustova (economist). Soon, 4 friends introduced their seasonal ale, which became iconic and set the bar high for other brewers looking to create their style. Unique production technology and special secret ingredients are the key success factors. At the moment, Paradox Brewery can offer a wide range for every taste, from light pale ales to raspberry porter!
