Interesting Facts
Grenader Brewery, Stout — light dark beer in the Irish style Irish Dry Stout. The beer has a malt aroma with light coffee notes and a semi-dry taste with hints of black bread crust, fruit, coffee and moderate bitterness. The beer is made exclusively from natural ingredients: prepared drinking water, barley malt (produced in Russia, Germany, Belgium), hops from Germany and brewer's yeast.
"Brewing a good dark beer is a great art. In my opinion, it should not be too bitter, or too fruity, or too tart. The golden mean is very important here. It is important to select malts so that neither caramel nor burnt (coffee) tones stick out, but so that in this bouquet you can feel the crust of black bread, balanced by a light fruity sweetness. Hops should also be selected in such a way that they only complement the bitterness of the burnt malts, and not interrupt it. Then you will get a good dark beer. Like, for example, our Stout," says the brewer of Grenader Brewery.
