Interesting Facts
Due Palme Primitivo is made from Primitivo grapes, carefully collected on sunny days in September, during the period of maximum ripeness of the berries. Obligatory stage in the process of transformation of the wine is its Semi-Annual aging in small French oak barrels.
Cantina Due Palme - Winery, located in the small town of Cellino San Marco, which has a very long rich history. Prefix San Marco appeared in the title with easy giving local residents and is the name of the patron saint of one of the Venetian Republic, whose trading post was located nearby.
