Cognac dark amber color with a reddish tinge.
Pretty energetic, strong and complex flavor of cognac differs rounded, pronounced tannins and classic tones of dried fruit, vanilla, spices and herbs.
Cognac has a delicate flavor with a nonaggressive attractive notes of vanilla and spices.
Used as digestive brandy: neat or with a small amount of water or ice. Suitable for the preparation of cocktails. Its taste is well set off the aromatic Cuban cigar.
