"Camba" Märzen is a pale lager in the often unfairly ignored, but irreplaceable Märzen style. Rich, with well-defined malt and caramel shades in the aroma, it is ideal for lovers of traditional beer with a strong taste. This bottom-fermented beer is made from three types of malt (Pilsner, Munich, caramel), aromatic German hops of the Tradition variety and Bavarian lager yeast. "Camba" Märzen goes well with roast meat, fried or grilled chicken and home-cooked dishes.

"Camba Bavaria" was originally founded in 2008 as a showroom for the brewing equipment manufacturer BrauKon in Truchtlaching. In an old mill on the banks of the Alz river, founder Markus Lohner wanted to show customers from all over the world how his brewing equipment worked and what types of beer could be brewed with it. The beer produced in the tests turned out to be delicious, and "Camba Bavaria" developed into a pioneer in the beer industry, offering a wide range of traditional and international beers.
Today, "Camba Bavaria" is a complex that includes a brewery, a brewery shop, a bakery, a beer garden, a bar and the house of specialty beer drinks "Camba" in the heart of Chiemgau. From fresh beer to handmade bread and pastries, at "Camba" you can enjoy beer, culinary delights and a cozy atmosphere in the heart of the brewery. The passion for pleasure is already hidden in the name of the brewery, the word "camba" used to be the name of the rooms in monasteries where beer was baked and brewed.
"Camba Bavaria" brews the right beer for every taste - from classic light to hoppy IPA, combining ancient brewing traditions with the right dose of innovation. International beer styles such as ales and stouts, traditional classics (Hell and wheat beer), as well as signature varieties aged in wooden barrels are created according to all the rules of the art of brewing.
