In 1804, François Zheyzveller founded Geisweiler Monopole, dedicating his life to the production of high-quality sparkling wines. His wines have successfully exported even in those years in the Scandinavian countries, South East Asia and Russia. Over time, Francois became a supplier to several royal courts. Today, the company owns Burgundian house Michel Picard wines & spirit, which, in turn, was founded in 1951, its main value is declared an open mind and creativity, so it provides to its regional enterprises the freedom of following tradition, but adds to this modern innovative technologies.
For the production of Geisweiler Monopole Blanc de Blancs Brut fermentation takes place under strictly controlled temperature of 13 ° C. - A relatively low temperature, which the manufacturer deliberately chose to keep the charming freshness of wine.
