Interesting Facts

Company founder William Riddell & Sons, William Riddell, was a merchant, but since my childhood dream was to create a unique blend of whiskey recipe. In search of the best malt and grain whiskeys that have formed the basis of the blend, William traveled to his native Scotland. Thus was born the wonderful whiskey recipe, which consists of 5 elaborately selected grain whiskeys and over thirty malt. Malt whiskey from the island of Islay peat and gives a pleasant wood tones, Speyside whiskey gives piquancy and enhances flavor, and malt whiskey Highlands makes its softness, complementing bouquet aromas of honey, vanilla and malt tones. Manufacturers by following the recipe, which is kept secret to this day, get well-balanced, high-quality whiskey, the key to the production of which is a long process of maturation, of at least 8 years in barrels made of American oak tempered, resulting whiskey acquires amber color, beautiful aroma and taste.
