Wine gentle ruby color.
Vosne-Romanée Premier Cru Les Chaumes 2006 - rounded, flexible on the palate, with a velvety texture, soft tannins and flavors of black cherry sweetish aftertaste.
The bouquet of wine combines aromas of red berries with hints of spice, violet and undergrowth.
To this guilt can recommend venison or duck, lamb chops and cheese.

Plot Premiers Crus le Shom, an area of 6.46 hectares, is located in the southern part of the border with appellasona commune Nuits-Saint-Georges. Domain Jean hryvnia also owns Clos de Vougeot plot area of 1.87 hectares, which was acquired by Gaston hryvnia in 1919. Family hryvnia comes from the region Jura in the north-east of France, in Burgundy, they moved to the end of the 18th century and immediately engaged in winemaking. Joseph hryvnia organized wine company in a place called Vosne-Romanée, and his son Gaston took up the development of production. Etienne studied winemaking and viticulture in Bonn, and the experience gained in various regions of France and California.
