Wine "Vina Pedrosa Crianza" is made from grapes premium grade Tempranillo grown in regions Rioja and Ribera del Duero. This variety has a low sugar content and acidity. Aging of the wine takes place first in oak barrels for 3 years, and then another 6-8 months - in bottles. The wine is produced in limited quantities. Has a long period of development, which can be 10-12 years.
Wine House Vina Pedrosa - a pioneer in the Ribera del Duero. It started its activities in 1980, when three brothers Perez Paskuas convinced of the excellent potential of the vineyards of their father Mauro, decided to launch an ambitious project, whose goal was to create some of the best wines in Spain and entering the international market. The family currently owns 135 hectares of vineyards. Most of the vines planted more than twenty-five years ago and is on the preferred soils. For this area, located at an altitude of 800 m above sea level, characterized by smooth soil of chalky clay. The winery produces 500,000 bottles annually, and this limited production is carried out under the strict control of the whole process of winemaking.
