"Private Bin" Chardonnay - dry white wine, which is used for the production of Chardonnay grapes grown in the vineyards in Gisborne, Marlborough, Hawkes Bay and Waipara. Warm and dry maritime climate of these regions are ideal for ripening Chardonnay. After collecting the berries are crushed and subjected to a light compression. Cold fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks.
