The wine has a pleasant, refreshing taste with subtle acidity and a creamy finish.
The bouquet of wine combines aromas of wild flowers, young pear, subtle tones and shades of lemon peel minerals.
The wine is an excellent companion to seafood and grilled fish.
Dry white wine "Manzanile" made from Vermentino grapes harvested in vineyards of Sardinia. In the local dialect adjective "manzanile" means "morning" or "in the morning." It was at this time the inhabitants of Sardinia prefer to meet with friends to enjoy a bottle or two aperitif, preferably white Vermentino.
Vermentino is assembled by hand from vineyards with low yields. Vinification wort passes traditionally, using soft pressing and fermentation in steel tanks. Extract of wine in French oak barrels lasts 6 months. Every year it produces about 30,000 bottles of wine.
Winery Vigneti Zanatta was osanovano in 2003, Bruno and his son, Marco Zanatta. The first 16 hectares of vineyards were purchased in the north-east of Sardinia, in the Gallura region, at an altitude of 300 meters above sea level. Today they are grown grape varieties Vermentino and Cannonau. In 2005, the economy has acquired a further 90 hectares of vineyards in the municipality of Olbia. In 2008, the winery was built with modern Equipment & control every stage of production.
