Pinot Gris for "Valdivieso Pinot Gris Reserva" is grown in the vineyard "La Primavera" in the Sagrada Familia. It is located at the bottom of the valley, on the gravel and loam soils. Harvest maturity is extremely voluminous and full of flavor. Grapes are carefully assembled by hand. After gentle pressing, Pinot Gris fermented using modern winemaking technology, eliminates contact with air during the fermentation process. 20% of the wine was fermented in French oak barrels, 80% - in stainless steel tanks. Wine "Valdivieso Pinot Gris Reserva" is aged for 6 months in French oak barrels (20%) and stainless steel tanks (80%).
