Wine brilliant pale yellow color with greenish reflections.
Lovely refreshing smooth taste wine with crisp acidity.
The aroma of wine is filled with notes of ripe lemon, orange zest, pineapple and light mineral shades.
The wine is ideal as an aperitif, goes well with fresh salads, grilled fish or white meat poultry - chicken or turkey.
Interesting Facts
The grapes for "Chardonnay 2009" compiled from different vineyards of the Central Valley. Harvested by hand from 16 to 27 March 2009. Fermentation was carried out 14-21 days in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature 14-17C, malolactic fermentation is subjected. To emphasize the fruity fresh taste Chardonnay, only 20% of the wine was aged in French oak barrels. The remainder was sustained on the lees for three months in stainless steel tanks. Wine is drunk young, within three years after manufacture.
