"TorCalvano" Vino Nobile di Montepulciano - dry red wine, which is known since 1685 and is considered one of the most elegant wines of Italy. It is created from grapes Prugnolo Gentile, Sangiovese clone. The grapes for the production of "TorKalvano" Vino Nobile di Montepulciano are grown on the farm Torcalvano Gracciano, Montepulciano is situated in the region. The plantations are located at an altitude of 350 meters above sea level. Alcoholic fermentation with a 15-day maceration takes place at a controlled temperature of 26-28 ° C in stainless steel containers. The wine story of Ambrogio and Giovanni Folonari began at the end of the 18th century with Fratelli Folonari, who took on the mission of improving the production of wines and distribution of the best wines in Italy around the world.
