Interesting Facts
Tishbi, Cabernet Sauvignon - a young fruity wine with a pleasant aroma and delicate, rich flavor. The wine is made from harvested at the peak of ripeness of the grapes Cabernet Sauvignon. Fermentation of the wort was held in stainless steel vats for ten days at a controlled temperature of 22-28 ° C. This was followed by malolactic fermentation at 15-22 ° C. Producer's description
In 1882, Michael and Malka Chamiletski (Chamiletzki, according to another version Chemalinsky) for the first time set foot in Zichron Yaakov immigrated from Lithuania. The family settled in the nearby village of Shefeya and commissioned by Baron Edmond de Rothschild, who chose Zichron Yaakov for planting and development of vineyards in this area began to cultivate the land.
