Wine "Tinajas" Blanco Seco is made from white grapes, which are grown in the vineyards of the Valley of the Maule. Harvesting is carried out only on reaching the optimum ripeness of berries. The fruits are pressed followed by vinification at a controlled temperature.
Winemaking in Chile began to engage in the 16th century, when the Spanish conquistadors planted on these lands first vines of grapes. Thanks to the wonderful natural conditions - warm climate and fertile soil, you can grow different grape varieties and create any wine aging.
Company Vina Tinajas del Maule family founded Undurraga in 1997. She bought a small vineyard (planted in the early 20th century) in the town of Villa Alegre in the Maule Valley.
In the vineyards grow the grapes varieties Carmenere, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay. Every stage of production is strictly controlled by the leading experts of the company.
