Producer's description
Pride of Butina - Rhone wines, which have been completely re-created with organic wine-making practices of the past. The entire crop is harvested manually at the peak of its maturity. Fermentation of whole clusters and a strong constraint yields much different wine estates of the products of many other Rhone wineries that aspire to the greater quantity than quality. Fermentation takes place in open tanks, pizhazh performed manually and pressing takes place in the old basket-presses, which are most often used for pressing olives. The fermentation process uses only pure natural yeast and only 600-liter barriques. For monovillyazhnyh the choicest wines used barrels, which reduces the volume of production of these wines. All this creates a subtle and elegant wine with beautifully integrated oak nuances.
