Tasting Notes
The wine is a deep dark purple color.
Rich taste of wine, with soft rounded tannins, hints of red fruit, tobacco and a long aftertaste.
In a fragrant bouquet of wine tones of fresh and candied red berries, strawberries, blackberries perfect harmony with chёrnosmorodinovymi, spicy, peppery and earthy notes.
The wine goes well with Italian dishes, especially pasta with tomato sauce and risotto.

Grapes for blended wine "Cabernet Sangiovese" grown on vines with low yield vineyard Kaperana, but in its different parts: Cabernet Sauvignon - in Kaperana "Recreo" and Sangiovese - in Kaperana "Puntilla". The grapes are harvested by hand full maturity and carefully sorted. Ripe grapes are well disclosed notes of red and black fruits. After a five-day cold maceration and fifteen of the skin, the wine malolactic fermentation takes place within 15 days at a temperature of 28 degrees. 25% of the wine was aged 6 months in oak barrels.
