Tasting Notes
Wine saturated straw-yellow color.
The wine has a fresh, rounded palate with mineral notes, notes of dried flowers and creamy structure.
The wine has a pleasant aroma with a hint of sweet spices, butter and dried flowers.
The wine goes well with appetizers, pasta with fish, fried fish or grilled, as well as seafood salad.
Interesting Facts
Teraje Chardonnay - dry white wine, a wonderful companion for fish dishes and seafood. Grapes for wine Chardonnay Teraye collected eponymous vineyard in the first two weeks of September. Part berries exposed kriomatseratsii. Fermentation is carried out partially (20%) in barriques, partly in stainless steel containers at controlled temperatures. Also conduct malolactic fermentation. Agriculture Pradio was founded in 1970 the brothers Luca and Pierpaolo Cielo (Cielo) - the famous wine producers of the Veneto region.
