Elegant wine with a rich, complex, smooth taste - refreshing and delicious.
The aroma of the wine reveals notes of ripe red fruit, light notes of minerals and land.
The wine is recommended to serve red meat - fried or grilled, as well as mature cheeses.
"Guardiola" - a complex, and at the same time elegant, fine wine. To create it using berries collected from the vineyard Guardiola located very high, 1,000 meters above sea level. The soil composition is meager: volcanic sand, ash and basalt stones. Cultivation and vintage made by hand, however, the steep, rocky slopes make it difficult to work. Wine production "Guardiola" comes in the traditional Burgundian techniques. The berries are fermented, then sent to undergo maceration of the skin (the process takes about 15 days). Further maturation proceeds in special wine barrels made from French oak (25% of which are new) for 18 months.
