Tenuta Cantagallo, Chianti - dry red wine that is produced from famous grape Sangiovese. His crop harvested in mid-October at the time of full maturity. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks under strictly controlled temperature. Then the wine is placed in a large French oak barrels Allier and maintained for 4 months. Thereafter, the wine bottled and kept for a further four months.
Tenuta Cantagallo (Tenuta Cantagallo) - winery, whose name translates as "the singing rooster", it belongs to the family of Peratstsuolli since 1970.
