Wine rich ruby red color with garnet reflections.
This wine has a soft, full-bodied, elegant taste - a luxurious and elegant, with sweet, silky tannins, lovely freshness and a very good potential for aging.
The wine has a scent with notes of wild berries, cinnamon, vanilla, sage, black pepper, tobacco and mint.
The wine goes well with red meat, fried or grilled sausages and ham, smoked meats and mature cheeses.

The question of who first landed in Sicily Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon, until finally resolved, but what counts were among the founders of Tasca trend, no doubt. Giuseppe Tasca (son Lucho and chief enologist economy today) says: "In the early 1980s my father felt the huge potential of the French varieties and started as an experiment to deal with them. Initially, all these experiments were carried out in secret, because, first, my grandfather rejected such ideas, and secondly, these varieties while actually been banned in Sicily. " However, after the first release of Giuseppe Tasca Sr. believed in the promise of the idea, and later to the same conclusion was reached by the Sicilian wine-making and regulatory organizations.
