Wine pale pink.
The wine has a fresh taste with good acidity, hints of strawberries, cherries, flowers and a long aftertaste with fruity notes.
The aroma of wine is filled with notes of cherry, raspberry and red grapefruit.
The wine is perfect with cold dishes, fish, salami and cold cuts.
Interesting Facts
Rosé "Helios" is named after the Greek sun god Helios. It is created from grapes Negroamaro, which is grown in the vineyard farm Masseria Surani in the heart of Puglia. After harvesting grapes undergoes maceration during the day and 10-day fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. After bottling the wine is aged in the bottle for 4 months.
Family group Tomazzi Vitikoltori was founded in 1902, when Giacomo Tommasi purchased his first vineyard. Over a century of history from a small family business company has evolved into a major producer, owns 135 acres of excellent land in the best wine region of Italy - Veneto. Of particular note is the fact that Tommasi makes wine only from grapes grown on their own lands, and their unique taste they acquire through the specifics of soil represented by limestone, as well as local grape varieties that best reflect the characteristics of the terroir. In 1997 the company bought the winery Poggio al Tufo, who was the owner of 66 hectares of vineyards in the heart of Tuscany in Pitigliano (Grosseto).
