Repeats the taste of beer flavor: the fore bright cereal notes, backed by hints of malt, bread, with a balanced hop bitterness. The finish is surprisingly dry, with a lingering bitterness.
The aroma of beer is dominated by notes of grain, shades of pale malt and grain, color and nuances of hops.
Beer goes well with appetizers and snacks, vegetables, meat.
Staropramen Brewery, whose name literally translates as "old source", was founded in 1869. The first batch of beer was released in 1871. Beer factory quickly became popular enough. In 1880, Emperor Franz Joseph I spoke of him as a superior, and in 1884 has been adjusted exports of beer not only in Vienna and Germany, but also in Switzerland, and even the United States. However, the trademark "Staropramen" was registered only in the XX century - in 1913. By the 30s of XX century was the largest Staropramen brewery in Czechoslovakia. After World War II, Staropramen, as well as other Czechoslovak brewery was nationalized, but continued successful operation: in 1960 the annual production amounted to 1 million hectoliters of beer. In 1992, the brewery became a joint stock company, and later became part of the Anheuser-Busch InBev. Today, Staropramen is the second largest producer of beer in the domestic market in the Czech Republic.
To date, the company Molson Coors Brewing Company owns 11 wineries whose products are exported to more than 30 countries around the world. The portfolio consists of more than 100 beer brands, including Coors Light, Molson Canadian, Miller Lite, Carling, Staropramen, Blue Moon, Creemore Springs and Cobra.
