Wine rich garnet color with a slight purple hue.

Fermentation and maceration of the grape Nebbiolo last for about 18 days without the use of yeast. Malolactic fermentation is carried out in French oak barrels where the wine is left for another 18-20 months. Extracts used for only 25% of new barrels, the rest were repeatedly used previously.
