Interesting Facts
"Soave" - one of the most famous Italian wines in the world. The grapes for "Soave" going from old vines planted to the east of Verona, near the medieval town of Soave, after which the wine gets its name. Grape juice obtained after collection and gentle pressure, is fermented at low temperature and vinified carefully controlled so as not to disturb the light taste of wine.
Fabiano company was founded in 1912, when Francesco Fabiano opened a wine shop in Venice, just a few steps from St. Mark's Basilica. Fabiano studied for a long time only the sale of wines, while in 1955 has not acquired a small estate in the Veronese on the shores of Lake Garda. It is here that were born the first wines Fabiano, who quickly gained popularity throughout Europe.
