Stable, exquisitely tannic, velvety aftertaste.
Wine dismantles the beautiful aroma, which is dominated by the nuances of blueberries, plum jam, notes of spices and wood. A rich and versatile bouquet is decorated with touches of lavender and smoky hints.
Wine successfully complements meat dishes, goes well with game, cheeses, stews and grilled vegetables.

The history of the brand Sine Qua Non began in 1994, when Austrian immigrant Manfred Cranckle came to California and became the owner of a modest pastry shop. He succeeded in settling in California only at the second attempt, and the pastry shop did not bring much profit. Then he and his wife had a new hobby - making wine with their own hands and giving them friends. One of the friends was very fond of the wine that Manfred was making, and he wanted to buy it. The first vintage, entitled "The Queen of Spades" was released in limited quantities and created a real sensation. Label with an engraving made by the owner himself, using a special method. So, the hobby turned into a profession. "We wanted to make a truly delicious and unique wine, different from all the others, for true connoisseurs," - said Manfred Krankl and his wife Elaine.

Therefore, there is a special waiting list on which anyone can enroll. Each bottle and each label is still manufactured by Manfred himself according to the linocut method. The great winemaker Robert Parker, visiting the winery, which was then located in the backyard of one of the industrial facilities, found the situation there to be similar to the scenery from the movie "Mad Max." But this did not prevent the wines of the farm from assigning high ratings of 96 points.
