"Kaapse Vonkel" Brut Rose - dry sparkling rose wine, created by the traditional method of production in South Africa, sparkling wines, called methods Cap Classic (Methode Cap Classique). First vintage "Kaapse Vonkel" Brut Rose was released in 2004 - that's when the winemaker Johan Malan created an innovative blend of three grape varieties: Pinotage, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir. For the first time in the world to blend were combined South African and two classic French grape varieties used for making wine in Champagne.
