The wine is a beautiful garnet color with bright reflections.

Interesting Facts
Grape varieties Merlot and Cabernet Franc to create a red wine "Chateau Tassin", collected in the optimum degree of maturity. At the winery the must is fermented in steel tanks at controlled temperature of 28-30 ° C. These are ideal conditions for a successful fermentation (alcoholic and malolactic) and maceration, which lasts from 2 to 4 weeks depending on the vintage. Then the wine is placed in barriques and high cuvee, which is aged 12-16 months. The potential for wine storage is up to 5 years.
Sichel company was founded in 1883 when the family moved to Sishel Bordeaux, and decided to take her head negotsiantskim business (before the family traveled a lot around Europe). Great-grandson of the founder, the Englishman Peter Sishel arrived in Bordeaux in 1960, and 12 years later, in 1972, was elected President of the Association of Wine Merchants Bordeaux. Finally, Peter is based in Bordeaux after meeting with his wife Diane. One of the important achievements of Peter was the restoration of the old estates in Margaux - Chateau d'Angludet, acquired in 1961. In addition, he was a major shareholder of Chateau Palmer, in which in 1938 were made significant investments of his father - Alan Sishelem and three other families. Peter gained fame as one of the most respected people in Bordeaux; in fact, he was one of the first wine merchant, who became the winemaker.
