"Chateau Argadens" Blanc - dry white wine produced in Chateau d'Argadans. This estate is located in the municipality of San Andre-du-Bois, located 60 kilometers south of Bordeaux. Wine is made from two grape varieties - Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon. After reaching the optimum ripeness, the grapes harvested by machine. Semillon is pressed once, while the Sauvignon is exposed to maceration. During the preliminary fermentation grape mash and are protected from oxidation in an inert gas atmosphere. After filtration, the wort is fermented in oak barrels. At the end of alcoholic fermentation, young wine lees are maintained, with stirring two or three times a week for 3-4 weeks. Sichel Company (Sishel) was founded back in 1883, when Sishel family moved to Bordeaux, and decided to take her head negotsiantskim business (before the family traveled a lot all over Europe).
