The wine is light straw color.

"Shumi" Tsinandali is a natural white dry wine made from grapes of the Rkatsiteli and Mtsvane varieties grown in the strictly controlled microzon Tsinandali (Eastern Georgia, Kakheti) in the vineyard with the poetic name "Valley of the Roses", at an altitude of 550 meters above sea level. Fermentation and aging of wine for two years is in oak barrels.
Shumi Tsinandali was awarded a gold and silver medal at the International Wine Award (Tbilisi) in 2009 and 2011, as well as a bronze medal at the International Prodexpo 2002 Exhibition (Moscow) and a diploma at the International Wine Challenge, 2008 (London).
