Wine beautiful garnet color.
Nice, fresh taste of the wine is filled with fruit, strawberry and spicy nuances sharp. The wine has a smooth, warming finish with a light vanilla flavor.
The aroma of the wine opens with notes of red fruit and forest flowers, which are gradually supplemented by shades of resin and balsamic vinegar.
Wine is perfect for red meat (roasted or grilled), lamb.

Pinot Nero farm Serafini e Vidotto releases since 1991. Vineyards, where vines are south and south-east exposure and are located at an altitude of 100-150 meters above sea level, on a mountain, rocky soil. The average age of the vines - 18 years. Whole crop harvested in September several approaches are sorted and placed for fermentation and maceration for 8-10 days in stainless steel vats. The wine is aged in oak barrels for 20-24 months and in the bottle - from 10 to 12 months. In the year of 3000 produced thousands of bottles of this luxury wine.
In the XI century near the small Italian town of Nervesa della Battaglia was founded by Benedictine monastery Abazia di Nervesa, monks are engaged in viticulture and winemaking.
