"Sena" - Chilean red wine made from a blend of 5 varieties of selected grapes grown in the region of Aconcagua. Crop is harvested by hand in small boxes, and then double-sorted. Vinification is carried out for each class separately. Fermented wort in steel containers at controlled temperature 24-30 ° C, with daily pumping. For Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Carmenere fermentation lasts about 19-25 days, and for Petit Verdot - about 6-8 days. Excerpt wine lasts for 22 months in new barrels made of French oak, which also passes malolactic fermentation.
