Interesting Facts

Saint Clair, Barrique Sauvignon Blanc - a limited edition Sauvignon Blanc from the Saint Clair company, which has been fermented and aged in oak barriques. For its creation, berries from the best vines were used, carefully selected and picked by hand. The pressing was carried out partially in whole clusters. After that, fermentation was carried out in oak barrels already used for aging wine. After fermentation, the wine was aged on the lees for 11 months with regular stirring of the wort in barrels. During this period, a partial malolactic fermentation took place. Then the wine was filtered and bottled.

Saint Clair, Barrick Sauvignon Blanc has a complex and textured character, a velvety taste and a rich, enveloping aroma. The best accompaniment for him will be grilled fish and white meat dishes.
