Color
Wine color - white.
Taste
Noticeable in the taste notes of almond, cinnamon, spices and beeswax. Good structure.
Aroma
The wine has aromas of ripe fruit, complemented by sweet, delicious and at the same time energetic floral aromas that are very strong and very rich.

It is best combined with meat chicken and seafood, particularly salmon, fish and crabs.
Interesting Facts
The vineyard is located above and to the west of Grand Crus of Puligny-Montrachet on top of the same slope. With beautiful southwestern disposition, this slope was planted with Chardonnay 20 years ago and now reasserting itself after the devastation of phylloxera. Over the years, the power of this wine has grown so much that it resembles some Pulignys.
