Interesting Facts
Created from grapes grown in the south of France, between Pezenas and Bezier, "Blend № 8" is a new, bold and juicy style of winemaking world. This authentic, silky, complex and elegant wine of deep garnet color is created from grapes Syrah and Grenache. The traditional approach to winemaking aims to preserve the natural fruit rounded taste. After a short but dynamic maceration and fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the wine is aged on the lees using oak chips.
Producer's description
Sasha Lichine was born in Bordeaux and was educated in the United States. First, Sasha worked in the family estate of Chateau Prieuré Lichine, and at 23, started his career by participating in various activities, including organizing luxury wine tours in France. He also created negotsiantskuyu companies representing wines of Burgundy and the Rhone Valley. Having to work as a sommelier in a four star restaurant "Anthony's Pier" in Boston, in a major US distributor of "Southern Wine & Spirit", as well as participate in the creation of a distribution network in the Caribbean, at the age of 27 years Sascha Lichine returns to the family Chateau Prieur Lichine.
