Cortese vineyards are located on a hill in the commune of Rovereto Gavi. This area is perfect for growing vines, thanks to the microclimate and rich soils consisting of clay marl and limestone of volcanic origin, rich in manganese and iron. All Rovereto Gavi wines are very thin, delicate and have a surprisingly long life.
