Wine Rosso di Montalcino Sangiovese grapes harvested from our own vineyards located on the slopes in the southern region of Montalcino.
Maceration for 7-10 days, then in neutral fermentation tanks. Wine is aged for 10-12 months, partly in barriques and partly large oak casks. After bottling, the wine is aged another 6 months before sale.
