Wine saturated inky purple color.
The wine has a rich, full-bodied taste with notes of licorice, mocha and espresso. Long-term, stable and clean aftertaste.
The wine has a charming, strong and rich aroma with hints of toasty oak, lavender, violets, mineral, blackberry and blueberry compote.
The wine goes well with a variety of dishes, thanks to its excellent structure and strong character. It is perfectly suited to different types of fillet, stew, venison, roast beef or lamb. The wine can be served cold and creamy soups and rice dishes and cod.
