History Conte Tasca d'Almerita begins in 1830, when brothers Don and Don Lucio Tasca acquired Carmelo Mastrodzhiovanni Regaleali former fortress, which is located on the border between the provinces of Palermo and Kaltanisetta, in the heart of Sicily.
