Zweigelt wine "Vinum Optimum" Zweigelt Titan comes from old vines, aged at least 25 years of age. The grapes are harvested by hand in October, after which the berries have been cold maceration at a temperature of six degrees for eight days. Alcoholic fermentation was carried out in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28 degrees for 10-15 days. Within 16 months the wine is aged in new oak barrels absolutely volume of 350 liters, then - two months in steel tanks.

Rabl (Rabl) - one of the oldest wine producing dynasties Austria.
