Wine "Vinum Optimum" Riesling - Riesling classic, elegant and sophisticated, with a strong character of the terroir. Wine is made from grapes grown in the valley of the river Kamp in Lower Austria on shale and rocky soils, the oldest vines on the farm for more than 25 years of age. Harvested by hand in several approaches, each one better than the vines removed bunch. Collection ends in October. Before pressing the grapes "rested" for twelve hours. Fermentation using natural yeast held in steel containers at a temperature of twenty degrees for three weeks. Rabl (Rabl) - one of the oldest wine producing dynasties Austria. Rabl family produces its own wine since 1750, their estate is located in Lower Austria, in the heart of the wine region Kamptal, famous for its white wines.
