Fresh, smooth, full, concentrated and balanced taste of the wine has a harmonious structure, enveloping texture and pleasant fruity notes. The finish is long.
Elegant aroma of wine filled tone of fruit and oak.
Wine is served as an aperitif, goes well with white meat, seafood and fish dishes.
Interesting Facts
Stylish and delicate white wine "Primus" is made of five indigenous white grape varieties, dominated by grade Enkruzad. In the production of wine fermentation mash undergoes slow at first in a temperature controlled steel tanks and then in oak casks. During alcoholic fermentation the wine undergoes batonnazhu for 3 months - thus achieving volume, bright acidity and rich taste.
"Primus", 2011 - wine "extremely delicate and elegant, with a steady ... taste fresh, full-bodied, enveloping and concentrated" (Mark Squires, "The Wine Advocate"). Vintage 2011 was bottled May 10, 2012 and for some time was kept in cellars. Storage capacity of wine is 10 years.

Vineyards Quinta da Pellada with vines aged from 3 to 60 years are located at an altitude of 550 meters above sea level on the slopes of Serra da Estrela, where clay and sandy soil has a granite base. The estate grown about 30 varieties of grapes, the most famous of which - Enkruzadu, Sersial, Turiga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Zhaen and Alfrokeyro. Bold combination of traditional methods and modern technologies help to create these sorts of fresh and fragrant autochthonous wines that compare favorably with those sweet and refined taste, mineral and fruit tones and low (13%) alcohol content.
