Wine of deep ruby-garnet color.
The wine has a fruity, elegant taste with a creamy texture, fine tannins, hints of mineral and harmonious aftertaste.
Complex aroma of the wine reveals notes of cherry, violets, herbs and light toasty nuances.
The wine goes well with grilled meat, roast, lamb in herbs, roasted lamb leg, and Julien and other dishes with mushrooms.
Excellent wine monosepazhnoe "Puro Sangue" is made from Sangiovese grapes. Sangiovese - the pride of Italy and is the heart of not only the "Puro Sangue", but such famous Italian wines like Chianti, Brunello di Montalcino, as well as many other categories of wine DOCG. Sangiovese wine fills the "Puro Sangue" delicious fruit and berry aromas, gives it a velvety texture, perfect balance and long-term storage capacity for 10 years. Fermentation of grapes takes place in 225-liter barrels or wooden tanks. Shutter speed is carried out in two stages: 18 months in 350-liter oak barrels and at least 6 months in bottle.
Located 600 meters above sea level, the winery Livernano is a perfect blend of tradition and innovation. Abandoned after World War II Livernano land back to life only in 1990, when the owners of the company fully restore them.
