Chardonnay grapes for this wine comes from the Casablanca Valley, in northern Chile. A characteristic feature of this area is its proximity to the Pacific Ocean, whose proximity (30 km) determines the slow process of ripening of the grapes. Due to the low night temperatures grapes retain a more aromatic substances, resulting in a typical bouquet of Chardonnay in the wine, good wine and excellent concentration level of acidity.
