Tasting Notes
The wine is pale with a greenish tint.
The wine has a fruity flavor with hints of rocks and minerals. Young wine has hints of mint rather than shades of fruit that will intensify with age. A thin, dry taste with a long finish with a hint of citrus.
The wine has a discreet mineral aroma with notes of licorice.
The wine goes well with fish dishes, seafood risotto.
