Wine of pale yellow color with a greenish tint.
The wine has an elegant taste with hints of citrus and melon, good balance and a long crisp finish.
The wine has a scent with hints of flint and granite, light herbal notes, floral and citrus nuances.
The wine goes well with seafood appetizers, snails, smoked fish, risotto and chicken in cream sauce.

De Lyaduset today is the largest wine house in the Loire Valley, as well as the undisputed king of aristocracy, quality and individuality.
The key to all, with regard to wine de Ladoucette, is quality. Baron de Lyaduset oriented to meet high standards in all his work. His wines are produced on a modern winery Chateau du Nozet.
The grapes for "Pouilly-Fume" collected from several vineyards Pouilly-Fumé area. It is pressed and vinified separately. Before mixing wine "ages" of three to six months. Then it is going and maturing in vats for eight to ten months.
