The idea of ​​"Triptych" is displayed in the three major aromatic components - fruit, mineral and oak notes. Sauvignon Blanc for "Pouilly-Fume AOC Triptyque" grown on 70-year-old vines exceptional terroir Saint Andelain, located on clay and siliceous megrelevyh soils. Wine fermentation was carried out in 300 and 600-liter oak barrels, of which a quarter - new, others - two, three and four-year. Barrels are made of specially selected local oak forests of Bertrange, Alon, Nevers and Tronkays which differs by slow growth and fine-grained structure.
