Tasting Notes
The color of wine is dark red with tints and black.
On the palate there is a red cherry, black currant and hints of vanilla. At the finish there is the presence of oak. Concentrated wine. Structure clear low tannin content and good acidity.
The wine has a nice, strong and rich aroma with spicy notes, followed by shades of strawberry jam with the final chord of fragrant violets.
Will be great in combination with meat of wild boar and deer.
