Wine has a bright yellow color with a golden hue.
Taste wine elegant, complete and self-sufficient, with a smooth texture and copious amounts of mineral nuances. The finish is long and intense.
In the aromatic bouquet of wine trapped pronounced fruity notes, including notes of different juicy pears and quinces, as well as light nuances of bergamot.
Wine perfectly combined with soft cheeses, different kinds of pasta, white meat, seafood, fried and grilled fish.

The name of the wine "Plenio", which was first produced in 1995, comes from the Latin word "plenum" and fully reflects the character of wine - full, complex and beautifully structured. This wine has a long-term development and storage, demonstrating remarkable resilience, the richness of aroma and taste, which, combined with great elegance make "captivity" unique wine. The first wines were made from the harvest from the vineyard "Villa Bianca". Today, "Captive" is a magnificent expression of the terroir of vineyards located at high altitude in one of the historical places dedicated to the production of Verdicchio, near the picturesque village of Cupramontana. After fermentation the "Plenio" Riserva production requirements stipulated by aged for at least 18 months (including - 6 months in the bottle). The wine has won a number of awards at international competitions.
Creating a winery Gino Umani Ronchi (Umani Ronchi) dates back to 1950, when Gina bought a large piece of land on the low hills of the Marche, near the village of Cupramontana. At present, the House Uman Ronchi belongs to the family Burnett, who now owns six vineyard area of 100 hectares in the Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico Rossi Conero. About 40 hectares of vineyards are rented in addition to the main vineyards economy. Uman Ronchi winery is known for its traditional wines - Rosso Conero and Verdicchio, but here is carried out interesting experiments with other varieties in the first place, such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Chardonnay. The most prestigious products Uman Ronchi are such wines: Rosso Conero San Lorenzo and Kumar, Verdicchio Casal di Serra and Villa Bianca.
